Natasha Witka is the Principal Broker and Owner of CENTURY 21 New West Properties in Catskill and the co-owner of Catskill Chocolate Company. A lifelong advocate for local business, hospitality and tourism, she is deeply invested in Greene County’s economic vitality, working at the intersection of entrepreneurship, real estate, and community development.

Natasha has spent nine years serving on the Catskill Village Local Development Corporation Board and is a proud alumna of Catskill High School, where she continues to give back as a member of the Business Advisory Board supporting youth, mentorship, and workforce development. Recognized nationally, she has been featured in Reader’s Digest and ranks among the top 1.5% of the approximately 1.6 million licensed real estate professionals in the United States.
